£70.00This afternoon we will teach how to make some of South Korea’s signature Street Food dishes. This combination of spicy, salty, sour and sweet flavours will take your taste buds to another level! These dishes make great appetizers, party food or a simple meal. Our professional Chef will expertly guide you through the ingredients, including “Kimchi” (a traditional dish made from salted and fermented vegetables) and flavours of the diverse dishes. Boxes will be provided for you to take your home food in to enjoy.

• Gimbap – seaweed rice roll, filled with beef, spinach, carrot and egg

• Dakgangjeong – spicy, crispy and crunchy fried chicken with peanuts
