Our Kitchen
Our beautiful kitchen is situated on the edge of the Ashdown Forest in a converted barn at Lodgefield farm on the Sussex/Kent border. With stunning views and a beautiful rural location it really is an ‘escape to the country’.
Our bright, airy kitchen is fitted with all the latest appliances and gadgets, courtesy of our kitchen sponsor Neff. We have five work stations, each with an induction hob and circotherm oven. We also have a separate dining area where students can relax at lunchtime or grab a coffee at the start of the day. The dining area comfortably seats 12 for private parties
We are easily reached by road on the A264 just 5 miles from Tunbridge Wells and 8 miles from East Grinstead with ample free parking. If you prefer to travel by public transport we are half a mile from Ashurst mainline station, just a 50 minute journey from London, and on the main East Grinstead to Tunbridge Wells bus route.

We are a small independent cookery school, offering inspirational half and full day courses from our converted barn in Blackham, East Sussex, on the edge of the beautiful Ashdown Forest.
